I've been trying all week to get in touch with someone. It's impossible and they don't return calls. I was thinking of having Lasik surgery through them. There is absolutely no way that is happening. I will be having my records transferred elsewhere.

Wife had appt. today she got there and they told her they changed her appt from today to yesterday. No message on either phone. Funny thing is they told her the Dr is only there on Tuesday. Yesterday was Monday

Waited over 2 hours at one appointment then an hour at the second appointment.... they overbook... call you in a room... ask a couple questions... put you back in waiting room... then they shuffle you from exam room to exam room... horrible... read full review
