I have been going to this establishment for over twenty years .I love the staff and our veterinarian.(Dr. B) ...and have had great appointments with all vets there .They are informative ,thorough assessment, recommendations,and medication.I highly recommend this wonderful Veterinary Hospital . My first impression of the staff here was wonderful, especially the Vet. She took a lot of time to answer my questions about my two new kittens, and they called the next day as promised to give me results of some tests. I will definitely be coming back since I felt really comfortable and the facility is very clean and well organized. Keep up the good work! One suggestion is to get some more help with answering phones since one time I was on hold for a long time (7 minutes). Thanks for all your good work you’re doing.
We were happy that our cat, “CC,” aka Cecilia, was able to receive a full workup, IV fluids, and an antibiotic shot after the rough day she had post-plant-eating. We were extremely pleased that CC was able to be seen so quickly— the very next day— and that we were called back to schedule an appointment, right away. I called and left a message the night before, around 6:30/7:00pm, when the business was closed, and I received a call back approximately 13 hours later. Really impressive. Everyone is always very kind and helpful. With CC’s former provider, we never felt like transparency/communication was a priority. Things are different, here!
