Worst place EVER. In my 36 years I have never encounter such rude, unprofessional, disrespectful and inconsiderate behavior from a business personal. My nails are ruined on the same day I got a refill from them, 4 days later I was finally able to speak to the lady (owner), it was mind blowing how disrespectful and rude and insensitive she was. Treated me like garbage and talked to me like I was a piece of nothing. Please STAY AWAY FROM LA Nails. There’s so many other nail places that won’t messed up your nails and won’t treat you like trash. Look at my 4 days old nails in this picture, it seems like they’ll get infected if I don’t rush somewhere else to correct...read full review

The first time I got my nails done I was very impressed. 2 Ms time I was assured the other lady would do just as good of a job. NOT AT ALL. My nails were chipping off, my polish looked horrible all within the same week of getting them done. I spoke with the owner who claimed she would make things right and she charges me the same $50 price for a full set and claims she gave me a $20 discount. Idk where in the hell it cost $70 for a full set but since they do here, I won’t ever return. Appointments take forever as well Service: Gel manicure

Was there inn November, owner ‘nasty’, after i told her what i wanted, she never said another word to me. A gel polish that was wearing off in one week!! I don’t think so.Service: Manicures
