My family and I had the pleasure of meeting Ricky from the Middletown,NY store. He was pleasantly helpful, patient and efficient with us. We came in to port over 4 lines from another carrier. Well unbeknownst to us we were informed by this carrier that the phone number and pin was the account number. Which was incorrect information, and made the process take even longer. Ricky was then assisted by his associate Victor to help us contact the carriers customer service again and
