Galleria Mall Dental at Crystal Run, P.C.

This place is a JOKE!! I have NEVER experienced a Medical Office that has this level of deficiency in communication with there Patient. I have been trying to get MY Medical Records since May 2024, and finally served them papers 9/20/24. They refuse to email, fax, or mail records. Was told I have to pick up in person. They are 'in-person' only, as I have witnessed the Secretaries, aka high school drop outs, ignore the phone while they talk. Also I have never been to a Dentist that doesnt have my X-Rays on screen while examining, but here the Dentist asks the Hygienist if X-Rays were taken while she's examining my teeth?! My fiance had an appointment for 10:30..As he filled out paperwork etc. We sat and waited . Finally others began to come in and now t line of people are waiting to be seen. The receptionist stated the Dr would be in shortly. It is now almost 12 pm and the dentist finally decided to show up... My fiance have not been seen by him until almost 1pm !! This place is very unprofessional and the dentist does not care about people time .

The Dentist and dental tech staff are very good. The receptionists are inept. They failed to notify me that the dentist was out, and when I arrived for scheduled appt, they lied about trying to reach me. On a prior occasion they left me waiting for an X-ray, then said they announced my name when they did not
