Dr Ocampo and the technician were thorough and caring. The staff at the front desk were receptive. The he person who showed me wraparound sunglasses seemed friendly and qualified. They answered all my questions. Thank you.
This was my first visit to this office. I had been told they were good. They aren't good - they are fabulous! From start to finish - receptionist to doctor - they were friendly, thorough, and professional. I have never had such a complete exam! Even selecting new glasses was a pleasure. The woman helping me (I am so sorry to not know her name!) treated me like a friend rather than a customer. I will never go anywhere else for eye exams or glasses!!
Frankly, I was very surprised by the entire setup. Coming from the city, my expectations were low regarding equipment, professionalism, and working in a symbiotic nature with one another. I had made up my mind that some doctor was going to rush me through and that they would try to sell us everything that wasn't nailed down, like LensCrafters in the Middletown mall. To say I was surprised would be an understatement. From the front desk to the doctor to the optometrist, everyone was smiling, had great energy, and an outstanding ability to make you feel comfortable every step of the way.
