We had a pump problem no water for 2 weeks unable to get anyone to help us until Nick from Astar came to our rescue he was amazing. Nick was courteous and answered all of our questions. The best part he was able to come that day and fixed the problem!!. highly recommend the company.

I was having issues with the air handler for my AC unit and couldn’t not figure out why. ASTAR came out quickly and addressed it - when the issue kept persisting Danny came back out and figured out what was going on so that we could properly address it. He was able to explain to me thoroughly what was going on so that we could avoid it in the future. Very appreciative of their service. All of their technicians were always on time, polite, knowledgeable and professional… including the woman who answers phones in their office. I will continue to use them and highly recommend them to others for HVAC service/maintenance or repairs.
