??After two years in and out of hospice I am finally healing and back on my feet. I decided to take a leap and travel with my boyfriend to NY (I am from KY, and he is from WV) for fun and to remind myself I don't have to stay in bed all day anymore.
While here, I decided it made sense to treat myself and get my hair done (My love is at work. Kiddos are back at home. A tiny bit of freedom and time to refocus on myself).?♀️
It can be daunting to go into a salon you've never been to before, but I figured what could go wrong when my hair is already dreadful? Well, I needn't have worried. Everyone leaving the salon looked amazing. My hair was in horrifying shape (Long, split, dry, etc.) But they weren't daunted. They suggested a mid-length cut to get rid of the grossly neglected ends/damage. And some lovely layers that go well with my long face/chin. It's gorgeous. I wish I had thought to take a pic before I went scampering about outside ?. Despite my enthusiasm to share my hair all over fresh from the salon..it still looks and feels fantastic .

Transformations has always been my favorite, since I met Steve at a fundraiser haircutting event for battered women in 1990. I went to the salon for haircuts for 15 years before I moved away from the area. Now I’m back, and getting quality haircuts (with a blow dry) again. So happy that they are still in business. When i entered Middletown city court with my wife she was told she could not go in due to her dress shirt being sleeveless. So we left in a panic looking all around for a shirt to buy we stumbled on this barbershop fuzion that had t-shirts in a display case. We told him our situation and told him we wanted to buy a shirt. the owner gave us a shirt for free i offered to pay and he refused. I thanked him and left and while walking back to the court with my wife I almost broke down in tears from the gesture of the free shirt. It was an act of kindness that I didn't expect and with all the stress I was feeling it definitely was needed. I just want to say thanks again for what you did. You guys are great!!

...... Just an update after Owner's response :) I would definitely give 5 stars; however, the finger nail polish chipped right away. I had been very very careful with my nails. After two days almost all of the white on every fingernail had chipped off - I'm not sure if it is my nails, or the quality of polish. By the 3rd day, hardly any polish was left. The 4 stars is for that reason. I'm from out of town, so it was unfeasible for me to return to have my nails fixed.

I was concerned about finding a good nail salon outside the city, but since discovering Fancy Nails in Middletown, the experience has been exceptional. This is my third visit, and each time I've been warmly greeted with water, coffee, and outstanding customer service. The owner and his wife are not only funny and kind, but their nail technicians Elizabeth & Johanna are professional and skilled. They've made me feel like part of their family, even enjoying spontaneous karaoke together. Fancy Nails is now my go-to salon, and I'm grateful for their excellent service.

I met Saverio and told him the scope and my budget constraints. He not only helped me with affordable options but also took the time to meet with my installer and answered all the questions we had. I had a gorgeous backyard and front porch project completed by TKC team. They are very professional, meticulous and do not take shortcuts. I had an extremely complex project and they completed it better then I anticipated. I am not sure what these negative reviews are based on. There were bums along the way, but that is the case with all construction. I will refer and recommend TKC to everyone.

I can’t express enough how happy I am that we hired Monteverde to do our front walkway and spring clean up around our pool! The quality of work is BEAUTIFUL and the price was very reasonable for how much they completed at our house. I always had respect for labor workers working outside in various weather conditions, but Ignacio’s crew worked very hard in the cold and then hot conditions with ease. I just can’t believe how much work it is to do pavers. Paul had to cut pretty much each one by hand and it came out gorgeous and perfect! I have so much respect for what they do! Ignacio had a vision for our front and he exceeded my expectations of what was to be completed !! Even the work around our pool amazed me! They cut our pine trees, raked under them, mulched, picked a million weeds, weed wacked, and then leaf blew for us. Best part of all was they were extremely professional and kind (especially Jacinto ( sorry if I spelled it wrong! they also called him Toni) to my two young sons that had to say hi to them every five minutes. ? They also left nothing behind and cleaned up very well! I can’t thank them enough !!! We are so happy and appreciative of their hard work .! ?

First of all, both him and his team made it possible to turn around what could have been a disastrous yard into my family’s dream yard! He gave suggestions that I probably wouldn’t have thought of, and they executed both hard scape and landscape beautifully! Granted, I still have to wait for the actual grass to grow but there isn’t a doubt in my mind that there’d be any issue anyway.
Personally, I appreciate littler things like the time they take to perfect what they do to ensure you are completely satisfied. I actually love looking out my window again!

Had a nasty thunderstorm take down a big tree across my driveway. Did what I could by myself but then I needed more guys and bigger machines. I called at 8:30 in the morning and I had Gary at my house by 9:30, he gave me an estimate and his crew was at my house by 12:15. Very professional, and efficient. Canadian Tree Service cleaned everything including all the small twigs and leaves in the driveway and lawn. Left my property looking like nothing had happened. Very happy with their service, would absolutely use them again!
Mark and the crew are knowledgeable and articulate when it comes to tree sevices trimmed 6 trees in a matter of a couple hours, one trees large branch was over the pool, not one leaf hit the water. I go to Dr. Udoff’s office for TMD treatment. From the moment I met Dr. Udoff and his staff, I knew I was in great hands. Everyone is professional, kind, caring, and all around 100% excellent. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth did a very nice job. It was a very positive experience. We are still waiting for information back from the insurance company so we can proceed with needed dental work.

If I could give 10 stars I would. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to save my knee from surgery thus far. I've gone to NYC, New Jersey, and Sullivan County trying to find relief. From PRP, chiropractic, to physical therapy and all temporary relief. That is Until I found Dr Diego and Soft Wave. I did 2 sessions a week as I was desperate. From not being able to do stairs to now hiking ..I would say it's a miracle. I highly highly recommend this place. Everyone in the office is amazing as well.

We made the switch from another veterinary practice about two years ago. Our oldest dog is a rescue/vet reactive, and although he's only 30 lbs we were told he would have to be put under anesthesia for every appointment going forward at our previous vet. This seemed excessive, expensive and unnecessary. My co-worker told me that he made the switch to Middletown Veterinary with his vet reactive dog, so we thought we'd try. Our last visit, our dog only cried once. My husband was so proud, he talked about it for days. Our other dog and cat are easy at the vet but are provided with great care as well. Every person who works there is so kind. Thank you Middletown Veterinary!
Yesterday, I brought my Maltipoo and Shitzu Flawless paws for a grooming session, and they had a wonderful time. I requested the full workup, and when I picked them up, they looked perfect. The groomers gave them a teddy bear cut and did a fantastic job with the nail grinding. The overall service was excellent. I will definitely be returning, and I'm excited to see the transformation again. Thank you for such a positive experience!
I have been using Ken's Grooming Post for many years. They treat your fur baby as if it's their own. This business is very clean and the babies always come out smelling great. There maybe less expensive places to go but I believe you get what you pay for and have no complaints. I'd recommend them to anyone.
