Every time I go to drop off and pickup my laundry the staff is incredibly kind, while sometimes the coins jam they’re always quick to help and it’s a mild inconvenience at best. Love my local laundromat <3

The machines are either out of order or a worker needs to come fix them because the quarters are constantly getting jammed in the machines. They've also changed the time on the dryers so now it's even more expensive to do your laundry. It's getting worse and worse.

This place has potential but is poorly maintained—it’s dirty, machines are often broken, and the dryers don’t work properly due to clogged lint traps. Staff is friendly at first, but rude when you actually need help as others have expressed.

I’ve been a regular, and one day while doing laundry, I asked to use the bathroom and was denied, even though they recognized me. They laughed like it was a joke. It was humiliating and could’ve impacted my health.

Some washers don’t accept coins correctly, and overall, the lack of care shows. They honestly should sell or shut down. I now do laundry across the street where they treat people with respect....read full review
