I called them when I purchased my home. Someone was able to come as soon as the next day. Arsenio was extremely thorough at looking throughout my home and pointing out areas that may be susceptible to pest infestation and gave us lots of tips on how to make our home safer. He sprayed throughout. My mom used this company for years. We appreciate their service.
So I wanted to review this place even though we didn’t hire them - our management was being incredibly slow with their own exterminator and I had reached out to Robert if we could get someone in faster. He was so understanding on the phone and also was honest, saving an appointment for us but recommending that we stick with the management exterminator because they’d know the building best. I have used multiple large companies for pest control in the past and decided to switch it up. I have no regrets calling this company. Not only did the Owner of the business take the call and display care and concern about about our situation but also took the time to answer all questions in extreme detail. Everything that was said would be done in the service was completed and the technician He has courteous and very thorough. Our family is extremely happy with the service and if this level of care is given each time we will be customers for years to come.
