I usually really like coming here and have never had a problem until today. A girl that has never done my nails did them, I think she us more new--and I am left bleeding and hurt on 4 fingers. The cuticle cutting was very aggressive and I truly do not understand it. I am so upset.
I only come here when my regular salon is booked, but every time I do I promise myself never again. They used to be okay, but they seem to have dropped in quality and using the cheaper and cheaper product. My gel manicure looked horrible patchy and bumpy. Plus, they are not friendly I always get a ‘look’ every time I ask for the simplest thing. Never a smile or a ‘thank you for spending your money here’
I absolutely love this place. I can be very critical about anything. Food, clothing, nails, etc. I am very hard to please. Whenever I get my nails done, I always see mistakes. This place definitely did my nails exactly the way I wanted them to be. My hands are beautiful, soft, and I can't wait to show them off to my friends.
