To whom this may concern. I hope this message finds you well. This is for the Middle Village location regarding the employee Melanie. Melanie is by far the best tannist I have experienced in Beach bum and anywhere. I've been coming to BB for a spray tanning since my 2022 wedding and 75% of time it is great which is why I keep coming back ...there really is nothing like an airbrush tan. Unfortunately however for the other 25% of the time the tannists have no idea what they're doing. It's like a hit or miss ....like getting a coffee at Dunkin' Donuts ...you walk right in and you have no idea what you're gonna come out with. Needless to say every... read full review
I love a company that takes feedback seriously. I had posted a gripe...well a few, on here and immediately got a reply that someone would contact me shortly. The manager named Natalie reached out. Unbeknownst to me, she is the same adorable and friendly girl that always greets me at the front desk and sets up my room for me. Today before tanning, she addressed my gripes in such a friendly and wonderful manner that I couldn't help but remove my review and thank her for being so warm. What a pleasure to see someone so young, know how to address a customer. I too am a manager. We have the same approach and I really appreciated it.
My spray tan artist was great! She was respectful of my privacy and did a thorough job to prepare me for the upcoming wedding of my son. The shade she chose (Island) was perfect for my dress and shoes (sandals) for that event! I would recommend this location and the one on Staten Island as well.
