Dr Hans explained everything in great detail in terms that I understood. Will continue to go there in the future. You won't be disappointed. The whole staff is extremely friendly and helpful
The vision center in Walmart Middle Island was fantastic! The manager, Irene Simusangco, not only did a great job helping my husband and I pick, purchase and fit our glasses, but when an insurance issue came up months later she went over and above, taking the time to resolve it for us. Amazing customer service and just so nice! My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the product quality and level of service we received!!!
I highly recommend this Walmart Vision Center! Having recently moved I needed to find a new eye doctor. I've gone to very typical optometrist offices in the past and I'll be honest - I didn't really know what to expect from a vision center in a Walmart. I couldn't be happier with the selection of products, the service, and the thoroughness of the doctor and staff.
