I called Bob for helping with my washing machine. He was prompt, efficient and educational. Though bad news for my machine, he was very helpful and professional. I’ll be sure to call him for any future issues with my appliances in the future.

From our phone call to the finished job at my home- took 2/1.5hrs at most & included installing dryer conversion kit. Great person -ality, very professional, knew his field well & provided us with a few appliance tips. Got ahold of Bob late one day and he was able to get to me the next day to make a repair of our washer. As promised, he called me and set up a time and came at time promised to inspect and repair the machine. He was very knowledgeable about the machine and what was wrong. He had the part and fixed it in less than a half hour. He was very honest and professional. We will definitely be calling him again for appliance repairs, when needed.
