The hot rooms are exceptional, and the variety of classes, including Hot 60, Hot Vinyasa, Pilates, Kettlebell, Booty & Core, and more, caters to all levels. The knowledgeable staff, including instructors Gina, Emily, Janet, and Peter, provide a supportive and infectious atmosphere that encourages students to push themselves and try new things. The studio is clean, and the community of instructors, staff, and students is one of a kind, making it an incredible place to practice yoga.
