They go above and beyond to ensure that your needs are met, tirelessly assisting you until your issue is resolved. Personally, I had a medication which was sold out in my usual pharmacy. Not only did the front desk staff make suggestions of not one – but 4 local (smaller) pharmacies – but they even provided the phone numbers and told me which ones would deliver my medication! They asked if I needed any assistance with having them call to check the medication’s availability – and, after I’d told them that I could handle making a few calls – they followed up to make sure I was all taken care of. (I must say – I felt as if I were a family member of the staff, with the attentive way that they treated me.)
We went back a few weeks later – just to have my son get his eye looked at after an allergic reaction – they saw him right away – got him some eye drops and had the note ready (for school) before we even checked out!

“There are quite few medical offices and medical staff that you will find you connect . This place I believe is I am. I was there today for a follow up visit, my second meeting with the doctor . You will switch to this office after you read my review I guarantee you. First , the internist , who is my new primary care physician is a joy to be with . Bubbly , friendly , well concern about your health , very professional yet easy to talk with your concerns and issues, attentive, accommodating , considerate, efficient and productive. She will call you days after the result of your lab work whether it is within the limit or over and beyond the range limit and provide you with her medical advises . The medical secretary as well is very efficient, welcoming , nice and knowledgeable . The location of the office is in a corporate Medical building across Lakeville Shopping Center. Parking is huge. The office itself is clean and neat with free wifi . Easy to locate and situated in the same building as the quest diagnostic lab. Office hours is convenient , setting up appointment is easy , won't give you any hard time . On my first likeable encounters with them, the Doctor returned my call of concern right away. I did not had any trouble , waiting or attitude from medical staff when Asking for medical records or data. How I wish I'd known and had this group ever since.“
