It was my first time here at Massage Envy and I had a good experience at first. I felt comfortable and my aesthetician seemed nice. Once she got started and after talking to her for a bit, she was a little rude. At one point I had a face mask on me for about 20 minutes at least it felt 20 minutes while I heard her tapping on her phone behind me. It was very weird. I thought I was supposed to get massaged within that time frame. She was a little rough and didn’t explain anything about what she was putting on my face. Quiet Quaint. Atmosphere nice. My masseuse was scared to put the pressure on.. Idk maybe I need a hard one I chose medium but I'd rather be comfortable than anything else. Ummmmm idk they deserve 3 stars.

The wait was longer than the massage. Unfortunately, the 2 o'clock appointment was not honored. The massage started at 3 PM and was over by 3:45 PM. The appointment was for a 1-hour massage not a one hour wait. The massage was wonderful, but the delay took away from the experience. I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor the next day, still waiting.
