Quiet Quaint. Atmosphere nice. My masseuse was scared to put the pressure on.. Idk maybe I need a hard one I chose medium but I'd rather be comfortable than anything else. Ummmmm idk they deserve 3 stars.

The wait was longer than the massage. Unfortunately, the 2 o'clock appointment was not honored. The massage started at 3 PM and was over by 3:45 PM. The appointment was for a 1-hour massage not a one hour wait. The massage was wonderful, but the delay took away from the experience. I was supposed to get a call from a supervisor the next day, still waiting.

My first massage, and I'm hooked. Big questionnaire to make sure you're comfortable and healthy enough for a massage. A lot of concentration on your needs as a client, which I appreciated. Janet was wonderful and really knew her stuff. The entire staff was very accommodating and professional.
