The staff took the time to explain their cleaning processes in detail, which really put my mind at ease. I appreciated their transparency and the care they showed for my garments. When I got my favorite shirt back, I was amazed--it looked absolutely flawless! It's not often you find a service that combines such expertise with genuine customer care. I cannot recommend Giovanni's Garment Care highly enough! My sister purchased a dress online for her Junior prom but had to order it two sizes up. The staff and Giovanni's truly went above and beyond to accommodate the adjustments. We went in on a Friday to drop off the dress and they had it ready for us on Tuesday. After picking up the dress on Tuesday, it didn't fit as expected but they not only promised to make the additional adjustments free of charge but also offered the convenience of having it ready by the next day! Miracle worker!! Dye ran on one of my custom made sweatshirts and also stained my favorite pair of jeans. I found Giovanni on Google and the other reviews do not lie! My clothes are good as new and he was extremely nice!
