“Terry Tree Service trucks responded to the emergency clean up in Geneseo following the microburst on June 16th. Our street was totally blocked and later after opening, lawns along the curbs were covered with huge piles of tree branches and shattered tree trunks. “I could not recommend High Falls Tree Service more. We had a dead maple tree that needed to be removed and they handled it quickly, carefully, and for a reasonable price. They were especially careful to not hurt the rock wall less than a couple feet away from the tree, didn't damage plants or the lawn surrounding it, and cleaned the area as they worked so by the time they were done you couldn't even tell anything happened.“

“A tree in my backyard is suffering from severe gummosis. So an arborist came out to inspect it, and advized me on how to save it. He also gave me tips on mulch, how to stake a tree, and in general how to keep it in optimal health.Although I thought the arborist himself was great, I had to remove one star because of the company itself. Its very difficult to get ahold of someone, and most of my calls went to voicmail. I rarely received a call back, which was frustrating too.“

“I called Ted Collins to get an estimate for my wife’s landscaping by the front porch and around both sides and to repair some nasty ruts in the yard from a previous contractor who removed several dead white ash trees.<br><br>The proposal was detailed and the price estimate was satisfactory, So I said to do the work.<br><br>As promised, they called before they came to do the work.<br>A crew of 3 showed up in two trucks. I greeted the foreman, Chris, who described what they were going to do. The owner showed up a few minutes later and confirmed that and if I had questions, talk to Chris or call him, the owner.<br><br>Took them about 3 hours to edge the outside, prune various shrubs and plantings, remove accumulated winter leaves, pull out any weeds, install the top dressing of black mulch and cleaned up and removed the debris.<br><br>They then cleaned up the lawn ruts, added topsoil and seeded.<br><br>Really impressed on how well they did the whole job. My wife was extremely pleased and said it never looked that good. I talked with Chris a couple times about the plantings and swapping out one bush. He was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole process.<br><br>Yes, very satisfied and highly recommended.“
