It took months before the installation of the boiler could be completed. The customer service was NOT great. It always took the intervention of the supervisor/coordinator, Kathie Romano, for anything to be done. The person that worked in my house for two days had great personalty. The hot-water part of the boiler is working good but I wouldn't comment on the heating part until winter. It's about two weeks now since installation. Nenita from Transform Home Improvement and Frank and his crew from Marcor Construction (Babylon) did a great job. Job was done professionally, cleanly and quickly. Highly recommend for your roofing needs.
I used Transform's window installation service and was overall very satisfied with the quality of work performed. The installers removed and replaced 12 windows in a day and a half and I could feel the difference in room temperature from the moment I walked in my home after their work was complete. The installer, Ben, was very nice and efficient. He got through everything quickly without sacrificing quality, hauled away the old windows and cleaned up any scrap or glass shards that resulted from installation. The reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because the process did not start off as smoothly as it finished. Poor communication resulted in the measurements... read full review
