Recently, I received an email from a company claiming that I had won a Samsung Olympic trip. However, I was skeptical and deleted the message, believing it to be a scam. Subsequently, a woman called me, and inquiring if I had received the email and completed the necessary documentation through DocuSign. She proceeded to explain the details of the prize I had supposedly won.

Despite her explanations, I remained unconvinced and had no recollection of participating in any sweepstakes. My encounter with this business was very good. I sent an email to reach the right department and got a response in less than 24 hrs. The person I was trying to reach was already out of the office for the weekend so the lady I got the email response from gave me her extension # and told me to call her on Monday morning. I did and she was amazing. She didn't stop working with me until my issues with my bank were taken care of. Hats off to an amazing VP of Finance and a wonderful company.
