I cannot say enough good things about Jake of Cooper Funeral Home. Our family recently suffered the loss of our patriarch, our beloved father. Jake compassionately and thoughtfully helped us to navigate each step of dad's tribute and service.
The community of Medina truly has the greatest treasure in Jake.
I wanna thank Cooper Funeral Home for making my family and I feel comfortable during a time that is very stressful and overwhelming. Jake was so patient, thoughtful, caring and so very helpful.. He went above and beyond to help make this very sad process bearable for myself and family. The follow up later by him and his staff (Abby) was very much appreciated and thoughtful. Jake and Cooper’s were great to work with for my mother’s funeral. They were compassionate and organized making a difficult time easier. Jake was also able to recommend a wonderful minister to lead the memorial service. I would not hesitate to recommend Cooper Funeral Home to friends or family.
