Outstanding service! We called them at 9 PM the night before Christmas Eve within an hour they brought heaters to help us make it through the night. They returned 7 AM Christmas Eve morning and had us warm within a half hour incredible! Thanks Bill, for sending Ryan and Matt, they were pleasant and knowledgeable.

leslie, corey, and mary were a pleasure to work with from out of state. we recently purchased a second home "as-is" in the chautaqua area. kcd plumbing + heating were able to work around our travel schedule and get to our new home to inspect and make needed repairs. it's such a relief to have found a reliable and honest plumbing company in the area!
