2. They understand your problem.
3. They book a plumber to come exactly when you need them.
4. The plumber actually arrives within the time frame.
5. He is divine, handles all three of our problems (two toilets which had trouble flushing--needing some thoughtfulness & parts-- AND capping the gas line so P.C. Richard can remove a gas range and replace it with induction -- needing some physical muscle).
6. The price for all three was cheaper than another plumber's quote for just capping the gas line!
Are we in heaven? No, all the world's problems were not solved but Hardy got us closer.
