“I called Weber & Grahn at 10am for an emergency visit and not being a customer of record, felt surely I would be told(for the third time this morning), "10-14 days for any new customers". “1., They physically answer the phone! Cheerfully and intelligently.
2. They understand your problem.
3. They book a plumber to come exactly when you need them.
4. The plumber actually arrives within the time frame.
5. He is divine, handles all three of our problems (two toilets which had trouble flushing--needing some thoughtfulness & parts-- AND capping the gas line so P.C. Richard can remove a gas range and replace it with induction -- needing some physical muscle).
6. The price for all three was cheaper than another plumber's quote for just capping the gas line!
Are we in heaven? No, all the world's problems were not solved but Hardy got us closer.
