I happened to find this salon by accident. My husband stopped at the deli to get something and then I saw the hair salon. I googled Studio 3 to find amazing reviews and one of them stood out the most to me.
I made an appointment immediately the same day and I was able to nab one with Alison (I hope I spelled your name right!). loved the vibe of the place. It was welcoming and the items for sale were reasonably priced and cute. I filled out my first time customer card and then I was taken directly to the chair, which I found odd BUT I was glad I was taken there first. Alison sat with me and asked me multiple questions. She gave me her professional input and I allowed her creative freedom along the way. She asked how short I want it, what style I want, and what else I’m looking for in my hair cut. When it was time for the cut, she was super friendly, professional, and she was updating me on what was being done. I was also telling her throughout the process what more I wanted to be done and she did it. I said I wanted an inch cut and she only cut an inch. I asked for bangs and Alison gave me the best bangs I have had in a while. I have been wanting the hairstyle I have for a VERY long time and no hairstylist in the city was able to give it to me. When Alison was done, I was so happy. I couldn’t stop playing with my hair when I got home.
I live in Brooklyn and for many years, I have been hopping stylists because I would never get what I wanted even when I would specifically state what I wanted. My expectations have always been low and I would just “whatever” hairstyle and wait for my hair to grow back. Not many people know how to do layers or bangs properly. Alison blew me out of the water. I may live in Brooklyn but I will be doing the drive to Southold (thankfully my mom lives here) whenever I can to get my haircut.
The salon is very clean, the haircut is priced well, and the staff is beyond friendly.

Just had a central AC system installed by Kolb and couldn’t be more pleased. The technicians were courteous and extremely hard working (never complaining while working during a heat wave), and they left my home neater than when they came. Excellent customer service!

Too notch for our wedding in 2019. They went above and beyond to come add to the tent last minute due to expectations of rain. I was happy with all of the items we rented as well. Great pricing. Nice selection tableware etc.

This spa is one of the most relaxing, family oriented, aesthetic spa ever from the front desk to the aesthetician. the services is amazing. Such great quality of professionalism I couldn’t have asked for better services. My aesthetician was Erin. She is so gentle and easy to talk to. I had such a wonderful time. My face looks and feel amazing and the quality of the product left my skin amazing for a while. I highly recommend Erin as an aesthetician. She takes her time and she’s very skilled and what she does. She has helped remove blemishes, acne scars, and wrinkles. Her hands work like magic the best aesthetician I have ever touch my face definitely recommend blue spa!!!!!!
