My 8 bridesmaids, mother, aunt and now mother-in-in law all got services so it was a big party of people they handled flawlessly! I randomly came to bliss because I was in the middle of blowing out my hair when my blow dryer popped. I called and the very friendly front desk got me an appointment right away. “First time visit to this salon. I really needed someone to 'fix' my hair and get me on the right track. I didn't have to wait too long to get an appointment, for which I was grateful. Upon my arrival I met with Joanie. She wanted to see my hair dry and know what I liked and didn't like about the present cut. How awesome to have a stylist really evaluate my hair. It's condition, what was going on, what was needed and doable with the style I wanted. Shannon washed my hair and it was like massage therapy. Joanie gave me an awesome cut, explaining and educating as it was being done. She checked in with me as she was cutting to make sure all was going well. I love my haircut ; its easy to blow out and looks great. I'll be back to Shear Extacy.“
