Gave an overpriced estimate for installation of smoke and CO detectors. Then came to my property while my tenants were there and installed them without my approval.
When I contracted him to install a chimney cap and he gave me an appointment, he never showed up!!!
Totally incompetent and unprofessional. Don’t waste your time!!!
