Amazing service! Ray responded to my call over the weekend. He was able to get a hard-to-find part, and got my oil burner up and going quickly. He showed up on time and was very courteous.
I do not write reviews but my experience with this company definitely deserves one. I can not say enough great things about the mechanic ray that works at this company. After being taken advantage of and scammed by KS MECHANICAL for hours! Ray showed up at 1130pm and had me up in running within an hour. By fixing what the other company damaged and lied about replacing. Not only was he extremely polite, intelligent, he was HONEST!!!!!!! He could have easily made thousands off me but was honest and straightforward. he put me at ease, walked me through every he did and explained things to me. I spent I spent less than I quarter of what KS mechanical quoted me (and took) and I didn’t have to replace anything but oil filter and nozzle . I will be a client for life. Thank you Ray!!! I hope your boss knows how lucky he is to have a employee of your caliber.
