Our vet sold their business. Had to fine new vet and after 4 different vet visits in area. Our 5th visits was Town & Country in Massena NY. Love them and have found our new vet finally. They care they will talk with you, very clean, alot of helpful information. I have now taken two of my animals so far and I definitely found our new vet. Thank You so much for Caring and understanding we are not rich up here in the north country. Hands down this place is a 10. RayBrook to much $ and not caring enough, Stevens to much $$ and definitely dont care and dont be a women he will talk down to you. I just have to say Dr. Schmidt and his tech are AMAZING at Massena Town And Country!! Pugsley (our staffordshire bull terrier) was feeling very hesitant but he got right on the floor with him and made sure our baby felt comfortable and right at home? At the end of the appointment Puggers was even comfortable enough to accept a treat which is very rare for him to accept anything that isn’t from mom and dad, I was so relived and happy to see this. We had an amazing experience and learned a lot today! Our boy is on the mend and we now know not to use over the counter tick preventatives for a multitude of reasons! So, I had my cats neutered/spayed March 6,2024 The staff are just the kindest people. I really appreciated their support. I was a little nervous about the surgeries, however the girls put my mind at ease. I had spay/neuter now vouchers so the cost for 4 cats was $600. In all honesty, that's a decent price .
I wanted to give my fur babies their best possible chance. They all received their shots and a check up. Very happy with this office. Thanks!
