“Hi Eric, I am writing because I believed it was important to provide feedback on my experience with your company NSE Windows. The installation of seven Marvin Ultimate Double Hung windows at my home in Centerport was completed today and I have to say that I could not be happier with the product, the process, and the end result. My home is over 100 years old and the moldings were intricate and required careful thought and meticulous measurement to achieve the optimal installation. In addition, the workers were dealing with plaster walls and existing materials that were from that long ago period in time. Mike and his team were able to execute this job with a level of skill and attention to detail that could not be surpassed. In addition, Mike's team was receptive, polite, and dedicated to doing a good job. I must say that the entire experience exceeded all my expectations. From the prompt follow up after my initial inquiry; your knowledgeable sales associate, John, coming to my home several times; meeting with you at the showroom to review the project and options; the site visit from Mike to go over the job, measure, and answer any questions; in addition to Eric, part of the team, coming to my home to assess and take samples of existing moldings. All of these efforts did a great deal to assure me that I was making the right decision in choosing Marvin and NSE windows. “Just had a front deck and steps replaced along with some rear steps. Absolute excellent workmanship. Showed up on time, finished both jobs in one day. There was a minor issue with one of the step planks. They came the next day to replace it. Cant say enough re the professionalism and finished product.
