I have know Sensei Anthony Arango for over 30 years. He has always been a great martial artist first and foremost. He walks the walk and talks the talk. He is a great leader and a beacon to all of his students. I have been training in the martial arts for over 52 years and when I know someone who wants to train that lives in his area, The Martial Art Institute is the place I recommend. So much so my relatives train there.
Awesome school. Some of the best instructors in Long Island are there!
Great instructors kids have a great time and learn more then martial arts
