Needed an EMERGENCY tooth extraction. Made 15 phone calls all with appointments not until a month from now!!!! Although the office was packed, 43 minute waiting room time for a squeeze in appointment was worth the wait. As busy as it was, the front desk still greeted me politely, took their time with me as a new patient, guided me, and didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. When I was brought into the exam room I was politely greeted by staff, went over my options, greeted and introduced by the surgeon who shook my hand, assured I was in good hands, eased my nerves and assured I was making the right decision with showing me I have an infection and my tooth indeed needing...read full review
