Heart and Health Cardiac Genetic Testing

Incompetent!!! I made an appointment online for today at 3:40 and provide my insurance info. I get a text days later confirming my appointment for today at 2:40. I called the office and they had no other appointments available so I left work an hour and a half early. I got to the office and was told they didn't have my insurance info on file so it would take a few minutes to input. I gave the girl my insurance card, ID, and my referral from my primary. Mind you they're behind a plexiglass barricade so things have to be slipped in a crack between the desk and the bottom of the plexiglass or over the top. The staff is horrible. Front desk staff are rude and do not want to help. Doctors and PA's are amazing but office staff suck

The office staff makes appointments and then when the time comes tells us we don't have that appointment. It happened twice. The doctors and PA are great but office staff doesn't understand how we take off work for telehealth or in person appointments and then when the time comes they tell us we don't have an appointment.
