Having never done yoga before I was very hesitant at first to try it in a class with others. I am glad that I took a chance because Adrianna made me feel really comfortable as a beginner. I was surprised how quickly I was able to get up to speed with the different poses and felt even more relief that she was there to help me if my position was a little off. I was also really glad that the rest of the class welcomed me with open arms - it turned out to be the best hour of my day and I will certainly be trying it again. Thank you!!
