Eileen is the worst instructor. Her classes starts before the time schedule and if you are 20 seconds late not even a minute late you still not able to get in because she closes the door and the worst thing is that she will make eye contact with you and 3 other people and its not kind enough to open with only being a min after. Samantha, marguerite and Claudiahope are the reason this Club has members.

Management here is awful. Only join this club if you don’t mind total inflexibility. Most of the active members are over 50, so I guess they require less flexibility and this studio’s „policies” work for them. Personally, I won’t visit a Club Pilates again as there are much better boutique studios in the area.

I usually don't take time to write or read reviews but this is worth my effort. I joined this club a year and half ago and LOVE every minute of my time there! The policies are very clear, and to me they are very fair. The instructors bring their own expertise and unique personalities to each class, making every class interesting more enjoyable. I have never had an issues with the owners and receive responses to my texts within minutes - literally minutes - after sending it. I have been to a few other Club Pilates in other states and have realized how outstanding the instructors are at this location in Massapequa.
