I usually don't write reviews. But they ruined one of my nice work shirts. Didn't even have a good reason as to why they did it and didn't do anything to fix this. Stay away if you care about your clothing..

Everyday is worst... First time, one of my shirts most of the buttons were broken... second time one my shirts got all over full of wrinkles, I went to complaint and the guy over there were reluctant to accept the complaint, he ironed the shirt but still got wrinkles... and now, this time, I got a new white shirt and they gave it with a new design, it was not white, it was full of little squares and the sleeves were as normal... they screwed my new shirt, and I went to complaint and the lady told me that they do the laundry and the cleaning, but if something would happen to the clothes there is no warranty, so you pay and it is under your own risk...

I always bring my clothes here and they deliver exceptional service every time. I don't bring much, maybe two pairs of pants and a dress shirt, but I make the visit every week. When I picked up my clothes this past week, the owner returned me a fifty dollar bill that I accidentally left in the back of my pants. I wanted to tip the gentleman but he was adamant on not receiving any tip for his behavior.. I don't like the feeling of good deed being unpaid so I'm leaving this review as a respect. I'm surprised at the negative comments below.. I hope many of y'all understand, English is not their primary language. They are wonderful people.
