Our 15 year old A/C unit broke during Covid June 2020. They came and replaced the unit. 1 year and 3 months later our new unit stopped working. All Pro came back and by process of elimination, they figured out that our unit outside had a short and would not turn on the unit in attic. They are great and their service is even better
Drew was great. My prior HVAC service provider told me when my A/C motor broke that it would be two weeks at least until they could get me a replacement motor. Given how hot it has been, I immediately started calling other companies to see if they could get me a motor. Not only did Drew say he could get one in two days, but he did it for cheaper than my prior HVAC company. Very professional, reasonable price, arrived when he told me he would, and texted me earlier in the day to confirm. Why can't others operate this way? I'm giving Drew my business from now on. Highly recommend to anyone else having problems with their A/C system.
Unexpectedly I had my A/C stop functioning two nights ago, after dinner time. After trying the normal checks to see if I could get it running, circuit breaker, etc. I realized I need professional help. I lost confidence in my prior dealings with the most common name in this area. so, I looked to the area "mom's group" on Facebook. I saw people with similar experiences, making a favorable reference to Drew at All-Pro. I thought i would try to reach them, now seeing it was getting later in the evening. I did not expect to reach anyone, just hoping to get a call in the morning. However, unlike alot of the big names in the industry in this area, that will no longer speak to you unless you joined a plan or service contract, the voicemail says that they do monitor the phone for messages. I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call back from Drew, the owner. at that point, it was near 10 pm. He asked me what the problem was I explained what I thought the problem was based on prior history. I knew that this being an older unit I had to hope that was the problem and it was solvable that easy. He asked for my address, said that that was near his home and that he could come to me in the morning on his way to his office, and that he had that part on his truck and could check it and change it quickly. If that was not the problem, he would check it and see what was needed from there. He was there as promised by 8 am the next morning. He checked the unit, replaced the part I had thought was the culprit, added some freon, checked all else, and put the power back on and the unit started right up and ran perfectly. He charged me a really inexpensive fee, less then I had paid for just buying the part alone, without installation. I was amazed. However, there was an unusual snag. Every two to three hours during the day, the unit would again stop functioning, stop for that period, and restart by itself. I called Drew who said that he had several stops he had to make beforehand but would be to me a few hours. He came back, as promised. He checked everything again,,, all tests showed a thermostat problem, He then checked the thermostat, and it seemed fine. He then checked the inhouse part of the unit. It seemed fine, but he found a condensate pump failing. When he moved it the a/c started. I needed a new pump but he did not have one and the closest one of his trucks that did was over an hour away. I offered to go get one from Home Depot. He said that he would go have dinner but once I got back with the pump, call him and he would come to install it. I did that, and he came right back and did as he said he would. It took him almost an hour and he was refusing to ask me for any further payment. I cannot remember recently being treated with this much courtesy and respect by any professional service person. I am not in any way related to Drew and have not used this company before. The one thing I will say is that I can only wish that others could emulate the way I was treated by Drew this week. If they would life would be much less stressful. I know that this aged unit will need to be replaced and I have no question as to who I expect to use for that job when it does.
