“After a major back surgery i was always left with moderate to severe pain, stiffness, limitations, for 3 years doing all different treatments, epidurals, etc. eventually being put on pain killers 5x a day everyday. Then 1 year ago i was diagnosed with AVN in both hips and 1 hip collapsed and needed to be replaced immediately. In the spring i had it replaced and was left was extreme pain in the groin and upper knee for now 6 months. I am being advised to undergo a groin surgery to see what could be wrong since no injections have helped. “I came to kinetic with a somewhat unusual lower back issue. Prior to working with Mike, I did the usual 6-10 weeks of PT per my neurosurgeon’s advice. I also had a pain shot in my lower back. If the PT and shot did not help the back pain and nerve pain down my left leg, surgery was going to be my next option to remove two synovial cysts and a fusion procedure. Not an option I was looking forward to. My pain persisted. Fortunately, I met Mike and started seeing him back in May. Mike’s unique approach has helped manage my back pain and resolve my leg nerve pain through the one on one sessions and exercise routines geared specifically for my issue. Another plus to the one on one sessions is Mike’s ability to troubleshoot and help with all problem areas. I met with my neuro surgeon to go over my recent 1 year mri and I’m happy to say my synovial cysts are gone and I no longer have any nerve impingements. No surgery is required! “Had seen Dr John years ago and liked him a lot. After my 2nd neck surgery about 10 years ago I stopped going to any chiropractor as I didn't want anybody touching/manipulating my neck. Long story but I hurt my neck recently and it hurt so bad I decided to see a chiro. Ironically I brought my mother to physical therapy where Dr John works out of. So it was the will of the gods I suppose! lol I went about 10-15 times to get my neck back to a tolerable level of pain.
