We hired Universal Windows to fix our sliding door window. Sierra was great to work with and very responsive. She followed through on an issue and made sure we were happy with their service. Matthew, the technician, was very courteous and considerate. He had to replace custom rollers, our window slides like it's brand new. I definitely recommend Universal Windows.

We reached out to a few places when it was time to replace our windows upstairs and decided to go with Universal Windows. So glad we did! They gave a very reasonable quote and were courteous and helpful throughout the process. The new windows are perfect and we can already tell we'll be saving so much on heat this winter. Can't wait to have our first floor done next year. Could not recommend more!
