Furnace stopped working, I called Standard. They worked me into the schedule quickly. Replaced the pump and found the control box wasn't working either. New control box was defective. The technician worked well past 6:00. Came back on Sat. to install replacement controller, finished around 7:00pm. I couldn't be happier with the results and service.
