I have used CKH several times in the past, but last weekend I reached out and left a voicemail because we had water in our basement due to a clogged drain in our floor downstairs. A few hours later Colin reached back out (on a weekend) to let me know that it was not a problem he could fix since it was most likely sewer related, and gave me the information for Onondaga County and said to reach out to them while also giving me the contact information.2 hours later Onondaga County had left my house, the drain was unclogged and the water was gone.
