The person who helped me make an appointment over the phone was kind of rude, not horribly but it made me nervous to bring my dog in for the haircut so I cancelled just in case. Nothing against the person, maybe she was having a rough day! But staying in a positive attitude can really help a customer!
Can’t thank them enough for getting me in on a HOLIDAY weekend. Cat sitting for my friends’ long hair cat that had a bout of diarrhea and wasn’t letting me near him. They could easily have said no but they recognized the awful situation and cleaned him up. They really saved the day. ?
My 3 cats (2 longhair + 1 shorthair) have been seeing Sheena for nearly 2 years after relocating to the area, and I could not be more pleased with her level of service and expertise. She is one of the most patient and talented groomers I’ve ever met, and treats your pets like family! After ever visit she shares delightful feedback of the kitties and it’s unspeakably special to see how passionate Sheena is about her grooming art. Thank you so much Furrever Friends!
