been coming here for years and cannot begin to express my gratitude for such a welcoming, kind, respectful community… I’ve probably tried most yoga studios in NYC at this point but sonic remains the one of the very few spaces that *just gets it*some things to consider:- sonic is KNOWN for being more challenging from an asana/physical standpoint so do not be surprised if half the class stands on their head for a level TWO, just a word of warning- all the instructors are highly experienced and dedicated, so you’re in good hands when it comes to safety and alignment (yes, even if they are strict, it’s really to correct/protect you)- genuinely one of the most inclusive... read full review

Went to their class once and never been back since mostly bc of the front desk attitude. I spelled my name out for the receptionist and she was like " uh huh uh huh", while I was spelling it, and continued spelling it incorrectly. It made me wonder if either she had a trouble with comprehending or she did not give two cent about my visit, or both? Super hasty and unprofessional. The class was good, just a no no to the customer service attitude.
