It began with an energy audit, which was done professionally and the gentleman who came to my house was nice enough to work around contractors rebuilding a staircase, cats, and my 3 year old wreaking havoc!I then had a phone call scheduled with Mason to go over the results of the audit and his proposal for improvements. Let me tell you... I hate a hard sell, and I typically hate these types of phone calls because of the pressure they put on me to make a decision. “WONDERFUL PEOPLE! WONDERFUL SERVICE! I have a unique plumbing situation in my Manhattan apartment. My water system is separate from the building I live in. I have struggled for years to find a company that will work on my water system at all-let alone do competent work. My Super found Sideris Plumbing for me after a different plumbing company, a company who installed a pressure pump for me only 3 years earlier, refused to service that same pump! I called and Kimona (who I assume is the office manager) promptly returned my call for service and she was professional and pleasant and kind! Kimona arranged for John to come out and fix ALL my water problems. I had a real mess on my hands. By the time everything was fixed, I met 4 different guys. ALL friendly and ALL professional. And my water pressure and hot water has never been better. I really had no idea that I had been living with poor water pressure and poorly working hot water. It was a complicated job and they did amazing work in miserably hot conditions. Kimona did a wonderful job of both communicating when the guys would arrive to work on the water system and the cost of parts and labor. I have never been happier with a company hired to work on my apartment. I would give them 6 stars if I could.“

“After experiencing the recent high temperatures for a few weeks we realized we needed some extra help to heat and cool our 2nd floor master bedroom. We called several different contractors, and Danny's quote was both the most reasonable and he promised that it will be installed quickly. Truer words never spoken! We are very happy with our mini split - the Samsung unit is both quiet and super efficient. “I can't say how many times Iceberg has saved the day. When contractors from another company initially renovated this brownstone, they REALLY screwed up all of the HVAC stuff. Drainage lines not connected properly, shoddy brazing work, just bush league amateur work. Icebergs folks have a laser focus attention to detail, are professional, and know their stuff. They came in, immediately knew the issues, and how to fix them. A literal godsend. I cannot overstate this. Plus, Linda in the office is one of the most friendly people I've ever spoken to. She also knows her stuff too and is ultra prompt on communication.

If you are looking to have an installation job, find yourself in the same position as we were, or even just need maintenance (you should do it regularly!) just stop searching and call them. You'll be wasting your time and money going anywhere else, really. I don't write reviews often unless it's "blows it out of the water," so believe me here. Save yourself the headache of dealing with other shops. 11/10.“
