we went at around 7:30pm last night. the wait time was quite long even though there was only us and another family in the waiting room. ( wait time was about 40 min before we were seen) but the MD was really nice and patient with my daughter. my daughter was offered a lollipop which made her happy and she liked the child friendly painted walls. we would go back again

Have the best experiences here. Just a few nights ago, for example, the doctor was a magician in giving my tantrum-throwing son a strep test. She swabbed him before he even noticed what was happening. Love her!! Always a quick wait time too.

I am older like 23 and I visited this facility yesterday on 12/3/23. I made an appointment for 6 pm, it took almost an hour or so to be seen. I asked the front desk man to bill me the copay, he charges me right then and there. I usually never have an issue but that just dug me right through. Also, the provider I saw was nothing but rude. She was like not trying to treat me even though I was on antibiotics from my primary doctor, I still felt sick. I was mortified that a doctor can treat someone so poorly. The MA or PA was super friendly. But overall, never again to this location and I will be calling to complain as well. I'll also if possible be taking my business to Northwell or my primary from now on.
