We LOVE Parkway Pest Services! They are family-owned, and therefore really care about the services they provide. None of the large companies that cheat you and don't care. We've used them and it was a disaster.Our technician came and explained everything they would do, showed us their traps, explained the technology they use for monitoring, and more. They looked at our existing traps and revealed that the prior business wasn't using the correct baits at all. We are so lucky the termites hadn't figured that out! Called one of the “Big Boys” starting with “T”. They said I have termites and wanted to sell me a $1200/yr contract. Good friend of mine recommended Pete Scala. What an amazing guy!! Showed up 1 hr later, took a good look and told me it was only carpenter ants and no big deal. The world needs more honest and up front businessmen like Pete. I totally recommend Pete and Parkway Pest Control. Karma, what goes around, comes around.
