Very nice office on a very STEEP hill, haha. Came for an annual skin exam. Staff super friendly and organized. Location is easy with ample parking. Facility clean and easy to find. Front desk is awesome and kind. I had to change my appointment multiple time and they were extremely accommodating. Hardly any wait, I filled out paperwork and got seen within 15 min. Scribe charted me and doc came within another 10 min. Exam was fast but thorough. The doc was super friendly and professional. Would recommend coming here!
Dr. Brooks is a terrific doctor doesn’t make big deals out of small things! His bedside manner is the best out of any doctor that I have he makes you feel comfortable he takes care of all your prescriptions needs . He cares for your well-being and like I said he’s one of the nicest doctors I have! I wish all my doctors were as nice as him .
It was my first time visiting Dr. Brooke office and I will be a returning patient. He was very inviting and pleasant. He provided me with a load of information in regards to my condition, while also answering all of my questions and concerns. In addition, he has an Amazon shop where you can find useful products in different categories. I can not wait to see my end results.
