I am SOOOO HAPPY that Vinnie at Waterline was recommended to us! We have had an ongoing problem with our hot water heater that NO ONE has ever been able to figure out! Believe me when I say we have had a lot of others come through to take a look, who then just wanted to sell us a new water heater. Vinnie was so careful and thorough in his diagnosis of the issue, and it paid off BIG TIME for us-It is just AMAZING to finally have this figured out! Not only for our peace of mind and our hot water but, of course, Vinnie saved us a lot of money. I can't recommend his service enough! He was responsive from the moment we called, spending considerable time with us on the phone about our dilemma, and then he made plans to come take a look immediately. Forever grateful and we will be using this plumber for everything, from here on in! Huge thanks to Vinnie, and to our pal, John V., for telling us about this guy!!!

They are by far, hands down, the best plumbing service in Westchester, NY. Vinnie, the owner, is always responsive, honest and always gets the job done perfectly! What I love about Vinnie is that he will not sell you a hot water heater if you don't need it! The company are experts in their craft and approach plumbing repair and install work as though it were their own house! I don't use anyone else!

We'd been having various problems with 3 toilets in our house (tanks not filling up fully, getting clogged and slipping over when flushing), so I called Waterline on the recommendation of a friend to have them look at all three and see what needed to be done. This wasn't an urgent request, but I was really appreciative that he could squeeze it in same day and the person he sent over was professional an quickly triaged the problems for a reasonable fee.
