BUYER BEWARE!! They do not deserve any stars! Horrible experience! They are crooks! STAY AWAY! DON'T USE! Raul Torres does not know what he is doing. He ruined my couches. He lies and took advantage of us. Uses very cheap material but charges a lot of money. The stuffing is also very cheap and coming apart! Cushions are now malformed and bumpy and no longer fit on the couch. Seams coming apart. There is no support on the backs of the couches. They do nothing right. All the chairs and couches in their store are not their work. Don't believe a word they say. Don't waste your time or money!

BUYER BEWARE!! They do not deserve any stars! Horrible experience! They are crooks! STAY AWAY! DON'T USE! Raul Torres does not know what he is doing. He ruined my couches. He lies and took advantage of us. Claims he has 27 years of experience but yet he can not address all problems with my couches. He has no idea what he is doing! Clearly he is a fake! Uses very cheap material but charges a lot of money. Spent over $7K and it took over 6 months from beginning to end. They had to redo them 3x and they still were in horrible condition! The stuffing is also very cheap and coming apart! Cushions are now malformed and bumpy and no longer fit on the couch. Buttons are popping off and the couches are falling apart. Seams coming apart. Made complaints to them but fall on deaf ears. There is no support on the backs of the couches. They do nothing right. All the chairs and couches in their store are not their work. Don't believe a word they say. Don't waste your time or money! I have reported them to BBB and Attorney General. I hope they close them down!

I found fabric I really liked at the shop. My friend picked it up for me the next day. She paid for 7 yards but the package only contained 5 3/4 yards. I could not use the lesser amount and asked for a refund. It took me more than an hour and I was accused of lying about the amount. If you find something you like watch them carefully
